The SP-150 Ultra Precision In-line Micropositioner
accommodates all of Signatone’s Probe arms and single needle probes allowing for a variety of test configurations. Available with vacuum or switchable magnetic base, pivot or slide head, micrometer driven 3-Axis linear motion, this positioner is arguably the most accurate manual micropositioner for sub-micron probing available on the market.
