Very low-Noise probe holder (= ~ ± 2 fA) when used with the triaxial chuck and in an electrically shielded environment. Designed for use with all Signatone Micropositioners and a variety of probe tips
The Signatone Triaxial Shielded probe tip holder includes a 60” Triax cable terminating in a Triax connector. Includes Screw-Lock probe tip mounting mechanism
